Outline of New Technology

The standard agricultural film scrap washing methods of paddle type and trommel type involve treatment of water tank sedimentation. However, out new technology utilizes a method of washing in a single facility that partly crushes, washes, and dehydrates the materials with the frictional force generated by a high-speed rotor of transger screws and a massive injection of water, thus vastly increasing the efficiency of washing by reducing the amount of washing space. This technology is also more cost-effective as it cuts down on maintenance/repair costs and operation manpower.

The Principle Behind Our Washing System Operation (NET Certified Technology)

  • The single washing facility fine-tunes the number of operation units to fit the proper degree of washing based on the supplied amount and the extent of pollution of the raw materials. It is efficient as it operates for 24 hours without interruption for replacement of washing water, and its washing treatment technology, which is unique in all of Korea, enables rapid expansion of agricultural scrap recycling at reduced washing costs with convenience of maintenance/repair and requirement of less operation manpower.
